Franklin, TN – December 18, 2020 - This week Manchester Tank announced a broad price increase on its entire line of Horizontal Domestic LP Gas Tanks for aboveground, underground and AG-UG use. Prices will increase on all new orders shipping on or after December 21st, 2020 or as contracts allow.
“Manchester Tank has experienced a significant increase in recent months in its plate steel pricing and anticipates this trend to accelerate in the months to come. We have also experienced continued increases in operating expenses associated with servicing our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Brendan Dillmann, Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Manchester Tank. “We have worked hard to absorb as many of these increases as possible, but we have reached a point where we must adjust prices to cover these incremental costs. We will continue to monitor the markets closely and adjust prices as needed as we get further clarity into the cost and availability of raw materials.”
