Manchester Tank Announces 15% Price Increase on Coil Steel Product Families

Franklin, TN — January 4, 2021.  Manchester Tank announces price increases of 15% on all its major coil steel-based product families, including but not limited to DOT Steel Propane Cylinders, Steel Forklift Cylinders, Fire Suppression Cylinders and Air Receiver vessels.  Changes are effective immediately with all new orders received on or after January 4^th, or as contracts allow.

“Steel pricing remains extremely volatile.  Coil steel has continued to increase at rapid and unprecedented levels resulting in the need for additional price increases incremental to those announced in November,” said Brendan Dillmann, Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Manchester Tank. “We will continue to monitor the steel markets closely and adjust prices for impacted product families as needed going forward.”
