Quality Improvements on Manchester RV Tanks

All of our RV Tanks will be powder coated.   Powder Coat painting is a process of applying a dry polyester electrostatically and then cured at 425° F. The advantages of powder coat painting are:

• The polyester melts on the tank which creates higher adhesion
• Greater coverage on brackets and other extremities (improved edge effect)
• Finish has a very smooth, glossy appearance
• This type of coating provides greater longevity
