Manchester Tank, a leading manufacturer of low pressure vessels is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Safety Manager at their Quincy facility. Responsibilities will include assisting in theimplementation of corporate safety procedures, monitor processes and work instructions to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to continually improve various safety performance indicators, champions improvements to ensure a safe work environment, coordinate safety training programs, and monitors the effectiveness of compliance programs. Preferred bachelors in Occupational, Safety, Safety Engineering or related field. Strong communication skills and computer knowledge required, with three to five years of progressive manufacturing safety experience.
